Living Single

ed-peterson-1-xln-xln“Change is a funny thing: We fear it at first, but once we take the scary leap, we are drawn to it like bugs to a porch light.”

I was so impressed with the newly renovated Hampton’s home of novelist Holly Peterson featured in the current issue of Elle Decor. Although the design doesn’t speak to my personal style (I think we know by now that bright colors aren’t really my thing) I loved reading about how redecorating proved to be therapeutic after her divorce.  Since working with Kimberly Hall the home is completely reflective of the fun loving and single home owner, and that is my style.  My favorite element in the home is the perfectly curated art collection.  Framed, vintage bathing suits in the foyer?  Fabulous.
